Free yoga session hosted by Marie Finney of Stardust Yoga, for you to start your day feeling energised. The theme for Fridays yoga is arctic animals. Please share the event and join in with me and the kids for a fun & informative session. Completely free although you can donate from 10p-£1 for the local communities food bank.
