Coronavirus & working from home/in isolation
The NHS Wellbeing Service Norfolk and Suffolk are offering online support over the next few months, via live webinars.
Facilitated by specialist Wellbeing Employment Advisors, this live webinar is designed to help you to start thinking about how you can work from home effectively during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
There are many ways that we can support, maintain and improve our mental and physical health throughout this unusual situation. By looking at how we can manage things like being socially connected, keeping routine and maintaining engagement with work, all while you may have distractions of things such as children being at home, the aim is to give you some good thoughts of how you can manage this.
