Or come and chat with us to see if there are any concerns we might be able to help you find answers to. We have access to a raft of information on local activities\, services and organisations to help you stay happy\, healthy\, independent at home\, and more connected to others in your area. \nWe look forward to seeing you! \n  \nPlease note that all visits may be subject to last minute changes due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will give as much notice as we can in these cases.
