DESCRIPTION:We’re hosting a FREE ‘Ways To Wellness Walk-In’ event in Martlesham today\, along with 21 Young Hearts\,\nat Martlesham Scout Hut IP5 3PL\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRepresentatives from a range of services dedicated to your health & wellbeing will be joining us\,  including Anglia Care Trust and Suffolk Mind. Also Community Catalysts – offering support and guidance for anyone wanting to become a self employed carer\, and Feel Good Suffolk advising on mobility concerns and falls prevention. If you are looking for home help or home care\, Christies Care Ltd will be on hand to answer any questions and LPAs4U will be there to ask about Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.\n\n\nThere’s also an opportunity to talk with Suffolk Police regarding any safety concerns you might have and Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service about home safety and perhaps arrange a free home assessment visit to make sure your home is prepared in case of a fire emergency.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis FREE event is open to everyone and refreshments will be provided\, we look forward to seeing you there!\n\nWe’re also holding ‘Ways To Wellbeing Walk-In’ events at Sudbourne and Hollesley this spring:\n\nDownload and share PDF flyers for the events here.
