DESCRIPTION:We’re hosting a FREE ‘Ways To Wellness Walk-In’ event in Sudbourne today\nat Sudbourne Village Hall IP12 3AT\n\n\n\nRepresentatives from a range of services dedicated to your health & wellbeing will be joining us\, including Anglia Care Trust and Debenham Health group\, who will be able to provide a Blood Pressure check.\n\n\nIf you are looking for home help or home care\, Christies Care Ltd will be on hand to answer any questions.\nAre you unable to use public transport due to mobility concerns or rural isolation? Chat with Coastal Accessible Transport Services – CATS who can help people of all ages across the Suffolk coastal area.\n\n\nThere’s also an opportunity to talk with Suffolk Police regarding any safety concerns you might have and Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service about home safety and perhaps arrange a free home assessment visit to make sure your home is prepared in case of a fire emergency.\n\n\n\nThis FREE event is open to everyone and refreshments will be provided\, we look forward to seeing you there!\n\nIf you aren’t able to make it to Sudbourne\, we will be hosting two further ‘Ways To Wellbeing Walk-In’ events:\n• Tuesday 28th April – Hollesley Village Hall from 1.30pm till 3.30pm\n• Tuesday 12th May – Martlesham Scout Hut from 10am till 12pm\n\nDownload and share PDF flyers for the events here.
