Stride For The Stage – Peddars Way Challenge

On Friday 17th July, Craig and Jonny from Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds are taking on an epic 36-hour non-stop walk from Holme-Next-The-Sea to Knittshall Heath in Thetford (Peddars Way route) and carrying on to Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds. They’re asking for walkers to join them on Saturday 18th July, the final leg of the challenge, from Knettishall Heath, Thetford to Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds (around 16 miles and 5 hours) or to join them on a shorter journey from Culford School grounds to Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds (5 miles, around 2 hours). They’re hoping that our walkers will raise around £65 each (children £10) to help raise as much funding as they can and they can sign up to walk with us on their website here: https://theatreroyal.org/events/stride-for-the-stage-peddars-way-2026/ Children and well behaved dogs are welcome.
