The Rural Coffee Caravan is hosting three FREE ‘Ways to Wellness Walk In’ events this Spring.
Chat directly to representatives from a range of services dedicated to your health & wellbeing who will be joining us for the event. Everyone is welcome and light refreshments will be provided. We’ll be offering help with things like:
16th April, 10am – 12pm at Sudbourne Village Hall IP12 2AT
28th April, 1.30pm – 3.30pm at Hollesley Village Hall IP12 3QR
12th May, 10am – 12pm at Martlesham Scout Hut IP5 3PL This event is jointly hosted with 21 Young Hearts.

Wellbeing Suffolk offers free to attend Wednesdays With Wellbeing – a great opportunity to find out what support is available in your community, connect with others, learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing and join in with some fun activities. Everyone is welcome!
