We’re hosting an event for veterans and their families at Stowmarket Community Sports and Social Club (Stowmarket Town Football Club), Bury Road, Stowmarket IP14 1JQ, today.
This information event will showcase local health and information services that can support veterans and their families now living and working in and around Stowmarket.
There will be 12 exhibitors from the armed forces and community service charities including the amazing models on display from Gipping Valley Model Boat Club.
The event is an opportunity to connect socially with other ex-service personnel to chat and share experiences with like-minded people over a sandwich, nibbles and cake along with tea and coffee in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.
It’s FREE to attend, and FREE refreshments will be provided. Bring along a veteran and we’ll look forward to seeing you there!
