We know it’s the right thing to do, but sometimes we feel really fed up with not being able to pitch up at our Suffolk villages and share a cuppa and a natter with all our lovely friends and visitors to the Rural Coffee Caravan. We miss everyone, and we’ll carry on looking forward to when we’re able to get back out again, but in the meantime, as part of the 75th Anniversary VE Day celebrations, we’ve designed a ‘We’ll Meet Again’ homemade card and poster pack. It’s a nice way to send a kind thought and a ‘complimentary cuppa’ to a friend or family member you might be missing chatting to. Helping you to ‘share a brew by post’ until you can share one in person again.
You can download the printable pack here: Rural Coffee Caravan We’ll Meet Again Tea-cup Card and Posters Packand do share your results to our Rural Coffee Caravan Cascade of Kindness Facebook Page – we’d love to see if you’ve sent or received one!
We’ve also added a segment to our Isolation Inspiration page which offers ideas of ways to join in with the celebrations from the comfort of your home, commemorating 75 years since the end of the war in Europe. Though many of the events and parties which had been planned will have had to be postponed due to the necessary coronavirus restrictions in place, we’ve compiled a bundle of ways to celebrate #TogetherApart, so do pop over take a look!
